The Grounds Committee works with our Board of Directors and Property Manager to maintain or improve our common areas so all residents can enjoy them. There are over 94 acres of common areas in Powhatan Secondary.
As with other PCSA committees, it is an advisory committee to the Board of Directors and provides the Board with information on the status of our trails, playground, signs and other parts of the common areas. The committee handles minor projects such as trail clean ups and refers the larger projects to the Board for handling by contractors.
