Consists of 18 single family detached homes in a cluster configuration and first occupied in 1995. 16 of the homes are accessed by the private road known as Cluster Way which is situated on the west side of News Road between Powhatan Place and Old Carriage Way. The other 2 homes have rears on the ponds and front on Powhatan Secondary Road.
